“Four star service!”
In addition to excellent rooms at a good location for a reasonable price, it is also a place where you instantly feel welcome. The staff lives and breathes hospitality! We had a problem with a suitcase (loose wheel), and in 5 minutes, a maintenance man showed up with tools and fixed it. They also arranged transport for us.

Plumbing issue, the bathroom was flooded by water falling from the sink to the ground. No hot water, staff asked to wait 10 minutes with the water running for the water to heat up. There was no manager on site during the weekend to deal with our issues. Staff was friendly but asked to wait until Monday to speak with a manager.

Air conditioning didnt work, asked staff to fix it, or come up with a solution, they didn't do either. Breakfast was terrible, we arrived at 10 (breakfast finished at 10:30) everything was gone and machine's turned off. Staff very unhelpful and rude. Except the staff helping with baggage.

Standard four star hotel (allegedly). Great roof terrace with sweeping views and a small swimming pool. Very efficient lifts - you never wait more than a few seconds even when busy. Good breakfast

“Lovely modern hotel, but.....”

“Excellent comfortable base for a remarkable city”
Only a few years old, and still fresh and smart; our conventionally laid-out room was immaculate and very comfortable. Located some 20mins walk from the station on an attractive wide boulevard, there's a reasonable spread of restaurants and shops in the local area.

“Too expensive for what it offers”
We were able to find a free parking spot for our rental car in the small roads nearby. Nice view from the balcony.

“Good!!!”
This is a business hotel in a new city. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and banks nearby. It is a 4-star hotel, clean and well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great and the room is clean. The small swimming pool and view on the rooftop are also very nice. We stayed as a group of 19 people and had no problems at all. I plan to stay again in December.
