Excellent location. Nabil is a wonderful person and very helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Facilities are adequate and the accommodation is clean. Would recommend.

“Special thanks to the amazing host”

The biggest advantage of this hostel is the administrator. He was very attentive, polite, and professional — he sent clear instructions on how to get there in advance, met me, and was always ready to help. There is also a nice terrace with a view over the medina, which creates a great atmosphere. As for the hostel itself, everything was clean, but the interior and furniture are quite old and could use some renovation.

Very cosy vibe. The staff are lovely, lively and attentive, making you feel very welcome. There is also a beautiful upstairs area which allows to take in a great view of Fes from above. The rooms and the downstairs lounge was cosy and roomy.

Karim, Nabil, and the rest of the staff are a dream team, creating a welcoming warmth that's hard to find and offering me a taste of Moroccan cuisine with mint tea, desserts, and tajine. I felt like a guest they genuinely cared for. Nabil was especially helpful sorting out transportation and kindly answered any questions I had. The terrace has a great view and is a perfect place to exhale after the intensity of the medina. I recommend ordering the delicious breakfast for a lovely start to the day. I enjoyed my stay so much and all the other travelers I met that I came back a second time, and leaving was genuinely hard.

“Relaxed stay”

Had a very pleasant stay hosted by Nabil and Kazim. The tea was always warm and ready for the guests and they were very helpful. It was also very easy to get an orgsnised tour or an airport transfer with them.

Staffs were perfect. They help me to buy train ticket, gave me all support I need for tour and explained how to tourism in the city

“All I could want in a hostel”

I wish I could live here :) I keep returning to this hostel, I think this is my fourth time here. Such a beautiful terrace with views over the old town. Often a nice mix of other travellers to talk to. Interesting courtyard architecture inside. Karim and Nabil and the others are stress-free and have always made me feel genuinely at home. If God wills I'll return again soon.

The room was nice and clean, and the host was very kind and welcoming. I also enjoyed cooking in the kitchen during my stay. Everything was good and I had a pleasant experience here.

The staff are amazing and outstanding. They are so so so helpful. They invited me for dinner for free and also I asked one guy if I could change the room, he immediately changed my room to another one. Despite i booked a bed in 8 . THEY ARE AMAZING . The location- google takes you right to the hostel. No hassle

I am thankful for the support of Karim during my stay. Medina in Fez is like a maze. Karim was kind enough to send a staff member to support me in navigating the hostel. I have received prompt suport and advice from him. The hostel is superb and a friendly place.
