“A perfect haven run by attentive staff and very clean”

This property I stayed two nights 14-16 Oct It is very clean the rooms are big my bed was king size. There is a balcony with views towards the town and views of the pool The pool is big and very clean and surrounded by grass and trees and very well kept My room greeted me with bottles of water and a plate of fancy biscuits which was a nice touch The staff are attentive and helpful . The manager is welcoming. Food is presented very well and many choices for both breakfast and evening meal The terrasses are perfect fir a pre dinner drink Apparently This hotel is one of very few to have a swimming pool in fez and this pool is large well there’s two pools actually All in all a very pristine outside and very clean rooms

The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure me and my family (wife, kids and parents) had an amazing stay. From the reception to restaurant and cleaning staff, everyone was lovely and genuinely friendly. The hotel is beautifully set with lovely views, an amazing sun terrace where we enjoyed sitting in the morning and plan the day. Location wise we also found it a very easy 10-12mins walk to the Royal Palace and front there another 10 mins to the medina. Easy walk out and 6 mins taxi ride back in the evening, so a lovely and peaceful place to stay after a busy day visiting the medina. Lovely landscaped garden and swimming pools, and the kids lived roaming around. Amazing breakfast as well. Highly recommend! We extended our stay and stayed longer.

1. The hotel staff is very friendly and is eager to help always. 2. Breakfast is great, lots of local options as well as fresh fruits and good coffee. 3. Great outdoor garden space and a pool. 4. Grocery shop is opposite to hotel, 2 restaurants within 2 mins walks. Pharmacy is 5 mins, McD is 5 mins and shopping mall is 10mins walk.

I had a wonderful time at Hotel Menzeh Zalagh and I am very grateful for my stay there. Both of the rooms in which I stayed were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfortable and the mini fridge was unbelievably convenient. Each room also had a balcony with a beautiful view - this was a really nice touch and allowed me to soak up the atmosphere and relax. The rooms also had a desk which I personally found really helpful to use when going through emails and doing my skincare. I also really enjoyed the food that I had in the hotel. The breakfast selection is varied with a mixture of hot and cold items. There are also pastries and a coffee machine. The hotel Pizzeria restaurant was my preferred go to for my evening meals and I would absolutely recommend the steak dish - it was so so so good and I wish I could have some right now! Finally, I have to give a special mention to the staff of this hotel who made me feel so welcomed and looked after. I met multiple staff members during my stay and all of them were so kind and helpful. It was reassuring to know that I had someone to call upon if I needed help. This is a really nice hotel and it is one that I would love to visit again whether on my own or with my family.

You get what you're looking for; a balcony with a gorgeous view and a huge pool. Some of the staff was extremely helpful, especially the front desk.

Upon arrival, the staff were nothing but friendly, providing us with a room with a beautiful view. They even went out of their way to bring water and a platter of Moroccan treats to our rooms, and ensured that we always had water throughout our trip. The director of the hotel also checked up on us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and even offered us breakfast during our stay. The rooms were very clean and had room service clean our rooms everyday. The staff were also very helpful in directing us to nearby restaurants and things to do nearby. We also had the most amazing treatment in the Spa&Hammam on site, would highly recommend. The location of the hotel is brilliant with everything and main attractions being less than 10 minutes away!

From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made my stay truly enjoyable. The restaurant staff were very kind too. They even offered me a variety of suhur options to ensure that my dietary restrictions were taken into consideration. Their level of kindness & hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. The traditional Moroccan decoration of my suit added a charming and authentic touch to the ambiance: intricate tile work, and elegant furnishings, transporting me to bdautiful & calming world. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel with exceptional staff who prioritize guest satisfaction and go the extra mile to make your experience memorable.
