The host was very lovely and treated us with love! He is one of the best we have met in Morocco! The Riad is very beautiful,I have booked 4 riads in my total trip and this is the most beautiful. We had pick up and drop arranged by the host, he even gave me traditional outfits for us to try and take pictures which was lovely gesture! And their roof top view is awesome. You can enjoy a nice evening on the roof.

“Recommended for those on a budget, but expect some shortcomings”

The best things about this hotel were the very kind and accommodating host, Abdelmalik, and the rooftop terrace, which has superb views of Fes. Easy to access from Bab Guissa. A good base from which to explore Fes medina.

“Incredible Property”

Truly one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had in my long list of travels. The hospitality shown is the greatest I've ever received. The host is an unbelievably kind and pure hearted man. Anything we needed we were helped with promptly and they made you feel like it was your home away from home. Overall, incredible value for money in an incredible location with an even better view of the city from the terrace roof. Cannot recommend this place enough for anyone travelling in Fes.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad!The riad is located in a very convenient location, only a 5-10 min walk to the Medina and tannery, however it's in an alley so very quiet at night. The owner is so sweet and the nicest host we've met during our time in Morocco. His warm and genuine hospitality made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast was delicious, with Moroccan bread, baguette, boil and fried eggs, jam, olive oil, mint tea and orange juice. The view from the rooftop terrace was fantastic and our room was clean and comfortable. The owner spoke Arabic and French, which we didn't speak so his neighbour Abdul came and helped us with check-in as well as gave us some suggestions on food, good photo spots and tourist traps to avoid. Highly recommend staying at this place!

Mrs Abdul is a lovely and extremely nice person and because of that the atmosphere in the Riad is really pleasant and the whole stay there was like that. This very gentle man serves a great breakfast, even made one for us early in the morning because of our bus, so I highly recommend to order this breakfasts. The owner speaks fluently French, but he has got a well communicative english spoke person. The standard of the room is okay.

Me and my girlfriend had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ryad Famille Fahym. Everything was simply spectacular from start to finish. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional hospitality. Fahym, the host, was truly remarkable – always attentive, genuinely caring, and ready to assist with anything we needed. His warmth and dedication made us feel like we were visiting a dear friend. The ryad itself is a beautiful and calm. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and personalized experience in the heart of the Medina!

The staff is really nice. She is willing to chat with you and teach you a lot of things about Morocco. Also, she helped us a lot and answer our questions on WhatsApp quickly. The room is clean and decent. Everything is good.

“Really nice stay”

This is an incredible hostel. The rooms have private bathrooms, the location it’s very good, it have a nice terrace with views of all the medina and the staff is so nice and they always took care of us. The breakfast was also good, and they went to buy some fruits when I told them I cannot eat bread. The price it’s very good; so far the best price-quality stay we’ve been in a monthly trip in Morocco.

“Wonderful host”

Fatima the host was so lovely and helpful! Upon arrival we were greeted with mint tea and cake and the fresh brekkie each morning was a lovely touch! The accomodation itself was lovely also, in a good location slightly out of the media but that allowed some quiet mornings and was very easy walking distance from all places. Our room and bed was great!

Our stay was very good. It was easy and fast to communicate with Fatima. She invited us for tea after long way. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Great location. It was easy to access the property as it was in the center of the medina. Very friendly, helpful and lovely staff. Extremely welcoming and always greeted with smile. The facilities were clean and well maintained, the room was quite big. The breakfast was amazing and Fatima (the host) went out of her way to accommodate us. Great value for money. Will be back!
