The hotel is located in a quiet area of the Medina which was nice. The Riad was very peaceful and there are nice quiet places to relax both downstairs near the pool and on the rooftop.

Dar Seffarine was an amazing experience. The most beautiful building hidden in the medina. You would never know it was there but inside it was incredible. Best bed I stayed in during Morocco with very good linen. The meal we ate was superb. Beautifully tasting handmade food only for guests. The location of the property was perfect for exploring the medina of Fes and the whole experience made you feel like you were in another world. Would go back and definitely recommend.

This is the most perfect place we have ever stayed at. The room was unbelievably beautiful, the dinner and breakfast is really good and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We really had a great time staying at the hotel, enjoying the rooftop and talking to the host and other guests. It was a really special experience!

Dar Seffarine is a beautifully restored Dar in the heart of Fes Medina. You can see the care and love and means its owners put to bring back the ancient jewel of architecture you witness the moment you enter the property. The views from the roof terrace are stunning, the breakfast is hearty and delicious and the joy of living if only three days there, immense. A couple of minor issues were addressed and sorted out with management.

Beautiful riad and a very special place in the medina. The team made me feel very welcome. I loved the atmosphere, the architecture and the calm inside the house. I hope to come back again soon

First of all, the kindness of all the staff members! We truly felt welcomed, as if we were at home, in every way: the attention given to people and the daily care for details, as well as the efficiency of the service, which was always impeccable. Secondly, the silence and calm when you return in the evening after a long day out in the bustling city of Fes. Dar Seffarine is truly an oasis of peace! Another aspect we loved was, of course, the location. The building is beautiful, in every detail and finish, a pleasure to behold. There is also a terrace with an incredible view of the city, both in the morning and in the evening, and you are free to go and relax. Last but not least, the cuisine. Breakfast is included and very generous, but it is also possible to dine on site, subject to prior arrangement. We only booked dinner once during our stay, but it is something worth trying. It was honestly excellent as well as plentiful, in a truly splendid setting.

The place is amazing and the hosts charming. They took time to welcome us and give us insight about the restauration of this beautiful Riad. The dinner was delicious. We strongly recommend this place.

Exceptional riad! Staff were so lovely and went out of their way to help us whenever they could. We were lucky to be upgraded to an upstairs room, though even our original room was stunning. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beautiful well kept building that the photos dont do justice. The rooftop 360 view of the city was exceptional and breakfast was delicious.

“Fantastic Riad with wonderful architecture , great rooms , breakfast and Staff”

Stayed five nights and what a wonderful stay, The room was large ,very nice and the Staff were fantastic. The Riad itself is amazing with huge ceilings and a great ambience. They arranged transfers from the bus station and then back to the Airport after our stay which was really handy . We had a scrumptious three course meal at the Riad and enjoyed the fantastic views from the upstairs rooftop lounge. You will love it !

We enjoyed our stay at Dar Seffarine. The experience staying there was like stepping back in time in to a beautifully restored Riad. The staff were very friendly but we would like to highlight our private tour of the Medina by Arabi. He was very friendly, warm and knowledgeable and spending time exploring the Medina with him was a real highlight for us.

I loved the architecture, the funishigs, the renovation, the roof top, meeting my fellow guests, the opportunity to have dinner with the guest and share adventures. The massive room that we had. That was amazing.
