We had a lovely stay at Dar Chez Khadija. It is situated in the heart of the medina, and it offers a glipse of the local architecture. Yassine, was a wonderful host and Pim and Marjan were very prompt in answering our questions.

We had a wonderful stay at Dar Chez Khadija . The whole house is beautifully and delicately decorated, creating a cozy “feel at home” atmosphere. The location inside the medina is perfect, and the terrace with a view is a real highlight. Jassine was an amazing host — welcoming, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast he prepared for us daily was great as well. Communication with our host was quick and easy. We absolutely recommend Dar Chez Khadija and would love to return.

“Like the tales from One Thousand and One Nights”

I would compare this riad to a jewel, we felt like in a story from 1001 Nights. Everything is done with care and love and everywhere you look there is something to admire, from the architectural elements, to the beautiful Moroccan tiles, intricate carved doors, traditional furniture and lighting, blue ceramics and all the rest. The place has three double beds, wi-fi works great at all levels, water pressure is really good and Yassine took great care of us, from cooking breakfast, to taking us to and from the parking and every information we requested. The terrace is amazing and offers a beautiful view over the Medina. I also want to mention something very important: location. This riad is two steps away from one of the main streets in the Medina, which means you don't get lost in the "maze", it's really easy to access it. I love historical and authentic places, and I must say, this is the most amazingly authentic place I've ever stayed with my family. We enjoyed Fes, it was a really nice surprise.

The service was superb not before the booking with fast and accurate information as well as during our stay helping us finding good restaurants, a porter, taking care about us so well that it made it a very valuable holiday experience. The road was spacey, authentic, charming and really good - beds were of unchallenged quality nice soft. Breakfast lovely - next time we might even have it on the roof terrace which is a relaxing place given a great overview of fez. We loved it!

This riad is well located to the main arteries of the medina, food markets, merchandise stores, restaurants and cafes. Yassine is very helpful and responds quickly to requests. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax.

Amazing accommodation in the heart of the cultural city Fez in Medina old town. Huge house - riad with a beautiful viewpoint on the terrace, a fountain in the hallway with mesmeric paintings and vibrant Moroccan design. The landlord was very amiable, with suggesting places to visit and the way of how to get to the accommodation, possible transfer from the airport, great driver and the guide to the palace. Our experience was delightful and we have celebrated 2 birthdays in that place as well. And this weekend would be unforgettable. The house is very clean and has a extraordinary atmosphere. The breakfast was served splendidly including mouthwatering Moroccan mint tea. I would totally recommend this place if you are visiting Fez for time being. Fantastic traditional riad. Excellent decoration. Very comfortable beds. A lot of traditional details and furniture. Big rooftop terrace with a view. Yossine, our host, met us on the parking, was preparing wonderful breakfasts and created a friendly atmosphere. He also organazed an excursion for us and helped us in everything.
