Amazing customer service, the staff were very welcoming and kind. The food was amazing. The information given about Fez and what to visit was very nice, we even got a detailed map. The rooms had everything we needed.

The building is simply majestic, but what really felt different here was the kindness, gentle and heartwarming approach of the staff: Abdul, Adnane and Yassine are a perfect mix of easygoing and fun, respectful and dedicated. We will forever cherish them as a representation of Moroccan welcoming people. The tea and cookies were delicious and we strongly recommend also the restaurant.

Amazing decor, beautiful bedroom and historical charm. The staff were all kind and attentive. They spoke excellent English as French and Arabic. The cable of my straighteners was broken and they went to buy me some tape which they wouldn't take any money for- above and beyond for service. Taxis and guides were all arranged by the riad, which were all excellent. Staff also accompanied us to meet the taxi so that we didn't get lost. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We also had an evening meal which was delicious. There was also a lovely roof terrace where we sat in the sun reading. A fabulous place to stay which we would highly recommend.

Our stay at Palais Fes Yahya was wonderful. The whole family was incredibly kind and attentive, and the breakfast was always fresh and tasty. We had two rooms; both were clean, beautifully decorated, and serviced daily. We truly enjoyed communicating with the owners. A special mention to the young nephews working there—they are such polite and well-educated young men. It was a pleasure to chat with them, and we learned a lot about the life and traditions of Fes.

Booked last minute for a night, but wish I could stay for longer! Had travel plans cancelled due to weather and this family were so lovely and accommodating with my situation, and helping me fill my extra time in Fes! Amazing food for breakfast. Their restaurant upstairs was also beautiful.

A traditional Moroccan style home in the old town of Fes. Property is located within a web of ancient alleyways but with clear signs directing you back to the property, so it's difficult to get lost. The staff members were very kind and helpful, especially Abderrahman. One offered me a charger for my phone - thanks!

The property is cozy and warm just like its people. Beautifully intricated wall carbed with hands and the moment you enter you feel like home. Mist visit Need to add one thing my flight was delayed by two hours and I reached midnight , but the family made sure they would pick me up from airport and also made me mint tea once i reached home. You should must visit them for their hospitality.

Everything about our stay was excellent. When we got lost in the streets of Fes, the staff kindly helped us reach the accommodation, which we truly appreciated. We were warmly welcomed with genuine hospitality, help with our luggage, and delicious Moroccan mint tea that immediately made us feel at home. The room was very comfortable, with hot water and air conditioning, especially important in December when it gets quite cold. On the day of checkout, they were also kind enough to store our baggage, which made our travel plans much easier. The boys at the reception deserve a special mention: they are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I can’t describe their hospitality enough. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!
