“I would not recommend to anyone!”
Not much really! Too far from the slopes, no WiFi, no crockery or cutlery, no secure ski locker, poorly controlled heating. We had to drive to ski hill, had to purchase our own glasses, cups, bowls and spoons. Left the skis in the car. Only way to cool the room was to keep the window open even with thermostats set to minimum. “Dining table” is a desk with no dining chairs. No welcome info about facilities. I would not recommend to anyone.

“Never got to stay in my room”
The door code did not work I tried numerous times. Had a guest from next dorr even try to help me. They also said they had problems getting into their room. I called Timberline to be told that they do not manage that room and there is nothing they can do for me. I gave her my name phone number room number and confirmation number. The place was extremely hard to find also. I ended up scrambling to find another place to stay but with a road race and construction workers in the area all the hotels were booked but I finally found one on my way out of town that had a no show so he booked us in. Had to pay extra for another room and Timberline said I do not get a refund for a room I could not get into. Since it was late all front desk people were gone for the night. It was very frustrating and disappointing . There should be better directions and a better system to make sure people can get into their rooms when they arrive since there is no one there to let you in. I expect a full refund on the room I paid for and never got to use. I emailed Timberline and they said I will not get a refund.
