No reception, lift broken, ice machine not working, restaurant closed, dark inside when we got there - bit like being in a Stephen King novel. Access all done via PIN number as are so are many other places on mountain now. Did not know we would be in the basement.

Great location and great view. Really nice to be able to do laundry after travelling as well. Excellent hiking.
