The view, isolation from the center, breakfast

Mina was amazing. Mina helped me out with planning everything to do and eat on this island. Was an amazing few days.

We loved the warm welcome and attention to detail. Breakfast was really good and every request we made to the chef was satisfied. The location is great and offers amazing views, it is a very quiet area but well connected as the bus station is 1 minute away. The only recommendation I would give is to give more attention to the daily cleaning as we found a spotless room when we arrived but then we found the cleaning to be done a little bit superficially once we were inside.

Really welcoming, friendly and gentle staff. The venue was awesome and the position is perfect to admire the sunset, the dois irmãos mount and other less crowded beaches. The place offers, in fact, a private access to the Praia do americano and is just 200m far from the Praia do bode. Ana, Mina and Vânia are amazing persons who made the experience furtherly unforgettable. The room is well designed and charming.

We loved the breakfast, which included sweet fruits, cakes, and plates cooked as requested. The linen and pillows were new and sparkling clean. All the employees were very responsible and kind.

“Mar em Min Pousada/hotel is a gem”

Pousada Mar em Min is a new small hotel located near beautiful beaches with sunrise and sunset views of beach and amazing rock formation. My room had great 180 degree view. Hotel is very quiet and near bus station that serves every 30 min conveniently the island unless you rent a car. Breakfast was excellent and there was afternoon tea or coffee with cake etc. Staff was excellent. The island was a hidden nature paradise nearly exclusively visited by Brazilians.

We had an unforgettable time thanks to Mina who gave us precious advice and who was super reactive, fun and kind. The breakfast was delicious prepared by the wonderful staff. Great location !

The location is a huge plus with an outstanding view. Staff is super sweet and helfpul, always ready to assist. The beds are really comfy and the bedroom was always really well cleaned. Breakfast is great, with offering of omeletts and tapiocas prepared for you.

The views especially of the sunsets were excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was custom made every morning and the rooms were cleaned exceptionally quickly. I couldn’t think of a better place to stay on the island for the value that was being provided. The receptionists Mina is the most knowledgeable and funniest person on the island and was extremely helpful in making sure we made the most of our time on the island. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

This little pousada is a haven on earth. It is soooo perfect! The quality of hosting people is incredibly smooth, nice,natural, and the breakfast is so great they make it fresh for you as you want from egg or /and quinoa, and there is always fresh juice! The location is great if you want a calm place to rest, it is great for couples, there are soo great beaches close by as well. And Mina, the guardian angel of you, he knows everything about the island,helps out with insider tips, and has great humour! We are so glad to him that he made our stay so nice <3
