Nice clean, comfortable room. The kitchen is very small so it's a bit difficult to cook in, but we did appreciate having it. The hosts communicated well and helped us book tours. The location is very close to the two biggest grocery stores (they're still pretty small) on the island, but it's a 20 min walk from the beach. The only thing that would have been nice is if the room had a view and a bit more natural light (the window looks out at a hedge), since we spent a lot of time indoors to stay out of the heat. But overall it's comfortable and good value.

“Great stay and a 10 for personal touch”
The people; Nanda and Juliane were both so helpfull! We both don't speak Portugees and Juliane was so helpfull with assisting on WhatsApp. The island (tours/permits) can be somewhat confusion for gringo's but with the help of both ladies we had an amazing stay. Highly recommended! The appartment itself is decent and very clean and all you need for eating at home (on a comfortable porch).

“Great place, for a great price.”
Great little place, has everything you need and the host has so much information. Very clean. Really just perfect.... Well almost.... If its raining be prepared to get muddy. The road can become unaccessible to anything but 4x4's and you will get covered in mud if you need something from the shop.... But apart from that, I highly recommend it.

“Affordable option”
Affordable basic accom on a very expensive island location. Kitchen facilities a bonus. Veranda restaurant next door was fabulous. Julianne was very informative and helpful, as was Edina.
