We were absolutely satisfied with our stay at Villa Nazereth. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was rich and generous. We had a spacious, clean and very quiet room. The llocation is excellent as you can easily walk to the center.

“Nice, quiet place in a beautiful town.”
Nice location, but you have to walk more than 10 minutes downtown. To the center it’s more like 30 minutes. It’s possible, we did it frequently, but there aren’t always sidewalks and people were driving pretty wild occasionally. If you have smaller children (ours are 14, 16, 16, 18) I can see that being a problem. Fermo is beautiful and this hotel is a good starting point to explore it. It is nice and quiet. Rooms were clean and good. Breakfast was ok.

“Quiet and relaxing break in beautiful Fermo”
Very clean and relaxed. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Views from room were lovely. Toiletries in bathroom nice quality.

“Clean, simple and comfortable”
We had 4 single rooms and the vibe was monastic and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is a good value hotel if you are visiting Fermo. It's slightly out of town - a brisk 20 minute walk, but we used a taxi. Please note the restaurant doesn't operate for dinner anymore. The breakfast is typically Italian.
