We requested a double bed and that is what we were given in a twin room option. You could not hear a noice from outside, eventhough our window was facing the main street with lots of traffic. The room was spacious and it had a very comfortable bed.The bathroom was spacious and stylish. The hotel is located close to a huge shopping center which is really convenient for any needs one might have. Staff is another bonus of this hotel. They were nice, polite, very helpful and always wearing a smile.

Excellent location in Ferizaj. The hotel and the room were very nicely finished. The room was spacious and had all necessities. The lady at the reception was friendly.

There is no one to take your bags and no elevator also parking lot get full do to the randome poeple parking in hotel parkings. Breakfast is by order i waited more than 30 minutes to get my order and it came cold with horrible taste Also price is hight compare to the hotel
