We thoroughly enjoyed our time at AYIRA Maldives in Feridhoo. Feridhoo is one of the most beautiful, peaceful islands we've visited in the Maldives, and the guesthouse owner, Amjad, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The attention to detail (e.g. freshly cut/ picked fruit to take to our excursion/ next destination) made it extra special. Amjad was always reachable and ready to help with anything we needed. He even joined us snorkelling on the first day, which made us feel very comfortable exploring a new reef. Other highlights of our stay were the delicious Maldivian breakfast (very healthy and enough to keep for lunch), the comfort and cleanliness of the room, and the proximity to the snorkelling beach.

Truly a wonderful experience. Very kind and helpful staff and an owner who genuinely takes are about the guests. Always checking if everything is okay. As a solo traveler very reassuring that he kept an eye out for me and knew my whereabouts. Good thorough information about snorkeling. Location 1 minute from the public beach, with a great reef and plenty of shatks and other creatures big an small. Lovely bed, room cleaned every day. All in all worth all the praise!! “Excellent Stay”

Close to the best snorkeling points. They will help you with everything. The Room is new and with soft Beds. Best breakfast we had, 3 different kind of Fruit and panncakes… When you arrive they will show you around the Island and explain about the Currents.

“Highly recommended Guest House”

Feridhoo is a beautiful and authentic island. Amjad, the guesthouse owner, was incredibly welcoming and always helpful; there was great communication via WhatsApp throughout our stay. The property is new and cozy, and the room was quiet and comfortable. They provide beach towels, as well as fins and masks for guests to borrow. Sun umbrellas and beach chairs are also available on the beach. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful: I absolutely recommend the Maldivian breakfast! The airport transfers were excellently organized by them.

Really nice guesthouse with beautiful, big room and bathroom. Very clean. Amazing breakfast! Staff made us feel welcome every moment and helped with everything we needed. Very good location on the island. Hope to return soon to Feridhoo and absolutely will stay here again!

“Awesome guesthouse on an amazing Island”

We had a really great stay at this guesthouse. The room was super clean and very well equipped, with a fridge, hairdryer, and plenty of space to hang and store our things. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very quietly and peacefully every night. The island is beautiful, and the location is perfect – just a 5-minute walk to both the local beach and the bikini beach. The reef at the local beach is amazing. We saw sharks, eagle rays, and lots of colorful fish while snorkeling there – an unforgettable experience! The owner is incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. He took care of everything, from arrival and departure to showing us around the island, which made everything easy and stress-free. Breakfast was freshly prepared every day, with a choice between European and Maldivian options. Snorkeling gear and fins were also available to borrow, which was a big plus. We felt very welcome and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We were delighted with our stay at AYIRA. The owner and his family did everything to make us feel welcome on the wonderful island of Faridhoo. The guesthouse has everything you need for a comfortable stay; we were even provided with snorkeling fins. When we come to the island again, we will stay at this guesthouse.

The accommodation is very well-maintained, and the host goes out of his way to ensure guests are familiar with the island and feel very comfortable. He provided a detailed introduction to snorkeling areas around the island due to the sometimes strong currents in front of the reefs. Breakfast was also very good! Thank you so much!

Our stay at Ayira was absolutely amazing. We travel a lot, but we have honestly never experienced a host who was so incredibly attentive and caring. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent, and we truly felt looked after at all times. The rooms were beautiful, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we could wish for, including air conditioning. Everything was spotlessly clean. The internet connection worked perfectly throughout our stay, which was a big plus. Overall, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. We can highly recommend Ayira and would definitely love to come back!

Amjad was an extremely welcoming host. He assisted us in everything from logistical questions to letting us know how to best enjoy our stay on the island. He was always considerate of our needs and concerned for our wellbeing and we had many interesting conversations. The guesthouse is very tastefully done, the rooms have a high standard, the little courtyard, where the excellent breakfast is served, is quite pleasant. All in all, a great stay. The room is spotlessly tidy, cleaned daily with not a grain of sand left on the floor. The boss is incredibly attentive to every detail, patiently introducing the hotel, island layout and key tips. What I love most is its unbeatable diving—near-shore corals, vibrant fish schools, and almost every marine life I could imagine: sea turtles, sharks, eels, clownfish (in red, blue, white, black) and rays. The food at Ayira was homemade and delicious, especially the fresh fish and the fruits. The room was clean, with air conditioning and well-maintained. The owner was friendly and welcoming, he assisted us in arranging excursions and the transfer from the airport and everything went smoothly.
