“It was a lot of money for an okay stay.”
The breakfast attendanat was courteous and helpful. She was able to provide a gluten free option for bread but there was not a designated toaster to toast it. The menu selection was pretty standard - the eggs were lovely as was the bacon. The potatoes were dreadful

no cell service, lack of water pressure and it wasn't cleaned very well. My kids were playing on the floor and they found tiny beads which indicate the room was not vacuumed very well. The shower curtain was also dirty. I would have complained but I probably would have been told it was my fault just like I was told that about the cell service. It served its purpose for this particular trip but I'll never stay there again

“Yes I highly recommend BW Plus Fergus”
Room very clean, lots of towels, Jacuzzi is excellent, Staff are very helpful and friendly, the front desk gave us forks and knives, Taxi is readily available. Restaurants are only a few minutes walk from hotel
