Perfect location if you're on the Via di Francesco Camino. Exceptional everything - easy check-in, perfect room, VERY clean, very good restaurant right there so u don't have to go out after a long day walking, staff very friendly & the best breakfast before you walk next day. Highly recommend it. Would definitely stay again.

“Very comfortable!”
Had a very comfortable stay at Ai 3 Archi while walking the via di San Francesco. Room had a lovely big terrace and the room was clean and spacious. The hosts were very nice and welcoming and we ate and slept well!

“Terrific stay”
The hospitality was excellent. They were welcoming and very accommodating. I was on the Via di Francesco and the place is @250 m. from the route. A great spot to begin the Via , heading to Spoleto. Excellent dinner and nice atmosphere. I was delighted to stay here - a real gem.

“We were looked after asvakued guests.”
This is a tiny village and the only restaurant is closed on a Monday. But our hostess especially cooked us and another guest a meal so that we were looked after.

“GREAT FRIENDLY STOP-OVER”
Great value. Large clean room with modern bathroom. Exceptional food in a family setting. The owners (Cristina and Pierr-Francesco with the grandmums) made every effort to accommodate my wishes for breakfast, dinner and even my transport. BIG HINT: THE LOCALS EAT AND CELEBRATE HERE. For me, this was a great great long hike stop for 2 days.

We were doing the Camino de Assisi on foot and the hostess was very kind and prepared us a snack when we arrived. We have dinner at the restaurante and it was very good

Lovely hosts thank you. We had a large big clean and comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the mountains which was great. We had dinner at the on site restaurant too which was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay after a big walk on the Vista San Francesco. Thank you. We recommend this place for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Great location for walking the Way of St Francis. Beautiful helpful staff/owners who went above and beyond to help me when I had a foot injury. So kind. Very good restaurant on site also.
