“Great area for one night, beautiful views amazing Hotel”

Very friendly hosts, beautiful clean room we have an amazing view. They recommended places to eat and gave us lots of information about where to go and how to get about they made it really easy.

Hotel close to all night and day activities. Just some minutes to walk. But if you want to rest the hotel is perfect, away from the night noise. The owners are very helpful. Organized everything about the city. As they do not serve breakfast the owner even brought us to a nice restaurant where they serve coffee. Overall we just can recomend the hotel

The location was great, super clean and the views were gorgeous! The host was superb, very friendly at all times and giving us local tips. If I had to return to Fenghuang, I would come back to this accommodation.

Location was perfect! Close walk to everything. The hosts were amazing. Very attentive and thorough with their explanation of where to go for food options and best places for views. They helped with our luggage and organised Taxi’s to and from the train station. Accommodation was amazing! Beautiful river view from our balcony room. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

“Very satisfied with our stay”

Property located at Phoenix Ancient City and has a beautiful view. Property owners are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. He helped us to carry 6 heavy luggages to and fro the property. Their dog is very cute too! Really enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect location for exploring this lovely ancient town. The room with the balcony was great. The hosts were so kind and hospitable, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

We had a great experience from the begging. thank you for your hospitality and the way you recived us. the owner gaves us lot of info about the best places to go, eat and see (We didn't find this in other big hotels we stayed) We love the location, the room was tidy and clean. bathroom too. the beds were comfortable and place quiet at night. safety too!! 100% recommended!!!

“A Gem”

We echo the comments of previous guests. Meng Jie was exceptionally helpful, as was his wife. We were greeted with a cup of tea and, with the help of Wechat translate, he patiently marked on a map and explained points of interest and places to eat nearby. Queries via Wechat were answered promptly. The accommodation is in an excellent central location, within walking distance of major points of interest, and virtually on the river. The owners are a friendly, hard working young couple who deserve all the praise they receive.

The owners are some of the most honest and warmest people I’ve ever met in my life. Although I speak Chinese so communication was easy, the owner made sure my boyfriend was also getting the same information as I did, so he was translating everything for him through wechat. When we arrived, he gave us fresh fruit and biscuits, explained everything about the city and recommended a few restaurants. He came to pick us up from the taxi station located 2 minutes from the hotel at Nanhuamen and carried our backpacks. He was so thoughtful and genuinely one of the most kindest human beings we’ve ever met! The room is comfortable, super quiet and has an amazing view. The bed is very comfortable. The dog is also super cute though I could not see her face as she was sleeping for two days straight, see pictures 😂 I definitely recommend this place!! 谢谢老板☺️☺️

ceptional stay We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The service was absolutely outstanding — the owner went above and beyond by personally picking us up from where our taxi dropped us off, which made everything so easy and stress-free. He also took the time to explain the city map and gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat, all of which were fantastic. You can really tell he cares about his guests and wants you to have the best possible experience. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

The view from the balcony is great! Room was very comfortable. The staff here were amazing, so attentive in explaining the best things to see and gave us great food recommendations.

Excellent stay! Meng Jie was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always making sure we were well taken care of and giving us great recommendations on what to see in the city. The room had a beautiful view and everything was impeccable from start to finish. Highly recommended, 10/10!

Location - its close to the city centre but on a quiet location which is important as the city gets really loud in the evening (live shows in bars, etc). The owners are really nice and explain you everything you need to know about the city when you arrived. The rooms itself is rather small but very nice and clean and the terrace was superb.
