“Super cute and great deal hotel in old town with a wonderful host”
We loved Hemu House. It was an easy ride from the train station and right by the main sightseeing places, but a few streets away so it is quiet and calm. Veronica was the absolute best, helped us out with all we needed and gave us great recommendation's. It was a wonderful stay, highly recomendable.

- the hotel is right in the heart of the Phoenix old town. So everything is within the walking distance from the hotel. - the room is very Cousy. Bed is very comfortable for sleeping. - the manager of the hotel did amazing customer service for us. He sent us a message before our arrival, explaining how to get to the hotel from the train station. He also helped us to buy a ticket for a shared taxi to go to another city, and he dealt with the driver of the taxi himself. Very helpful and kind manager

“Great hotel and a pleasant price.”
The room is located in the old town, two minutes from the waterfront, which was very convenient. The room itself is in excellent condition and looks like new. The staff was very friendly and polite, sending detailed instructions on how to get to the hotel, which was not difficult. From the Fenghuanggucheng high-speed train station, bus number 1 runs for 7 yuan to Qifeng Square, and from there, it’s a 5-minute walk to the hotel.

Het personeel hielp ons om alles te regelen voor een transfer naar Yangshuo. Ze waren super zorgzaam en vriendelijk. De bustickets waren al weken op voorhand geboekt voor onze aankomst. Ze waren ook op ieder moment van de dag bereikbaar op WeChat. We konden er ook een wasje doen, wat wel aangenaam is als je op doorreis bent. Perfecte locatie.

“Amazing hotel - would definitely stay again!”
Fantastic location right in the centre of Fenghuang ancient town, only a few minutes walk to the restaurants and the riverside where a large number of tourist attractions are located. The owner very helpful and came to pick us up from our taxi drop off point in Qifeng square, a few minutes walk around the corner. He also recommended us to watch light show which was fascinating and helped book tickets for the night time river cruise which is a must!

Spacious, clean room in the center of the old part of town. The staff was excellent and provided information on local attractions and detailed directions on how to get to the hotel.
