The hotel is old, and the bathroom needs to be refurbished. It's OK for one night, but wouldn't stay longer. Staff at the reception very sweet.

“Good value stay”

Good location. The room is simple, but was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was much better than we expected and was good value for the price paid. Shower was good. The room was quiet. Staff were helpful, but it is useful to know a little Spanish.

Clean. Spacious. Friendly. The hotel office is basic amenities and is very well located on a main road just outside of town probably one of the better hotels in this small town in Quintana Roo.

Everything you need for a low price. The staff was really friendly and overall tried very hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel provides soap, shampoo, and towels, and the rooms are very spacious. AC works fine. Also, very close to the town center and taxis pass by. In the night, you can hear the dogs bark but it stops around 2 am. In the end, you get what you pay for it. If you are looking for a stay on budget, this is your hotel

There was no restaurant at the hotel although there is a good one in town (El Faisan y Venado). Despite the basic nature of the hotel, the staff were helpful and answered all our needs promptly and friendly. Neither of the receptionists we saw spoke English, but were very pleasant.
