The property is located in a very nice place, very close to the sea and several beaches. The villa was very comfortable for both adults and kids. Rooms have plenty of space. The terrace on the first floor is great to spend time at any time of the day. If you are looking for a quiet and cosy place for the vacation - this is it.

“Excellent stay”

We spent a wonderful week feeling at home in the spacious and beautifully decorated house. The aircon was blissful and it was fully kitted with all the essentials. The outside patio and barbeque area were great

We've just returned from the most wonderful family stay at Villa Alegria. It was our first time in Mallorca, but after finding this Balearic gem, it won't be our last! Katia and Xavier's villa is beautiful in every aspect. From comfort, to amenities and access. They are great hosts and with the kind help of their friend Andrea, it was such a smooth stay throughout. The information on hand in the villa about local amenities, restaurants, and places of interest was so useful. We had dinner at Cala Ferrera shortly after arriving and we can highly recommend it. Fresh local cuisine and warm-welcoming. Plus there's the most stunning Calas just a few minutes walk away for swimming in warm waters. We sat each morning and had breakfast on the lovely porch, eating treats bought from the market in Santanyi (another great recommendation from the info booklet). Thank you again Katia, Xavier and Andrea. We will look forward to our next stay with you.
