The location in Featherston was good, handy to the main street. It was peaceful and quiet, had plenty of parking and a lovely well appointed villa. There were cereals in the cupboard if you wanted them. Bronwyn was very helpful and replied quickly to any queries we had.

The home was lovely with period features, high ceilings. We only stayed over night but would be great for a longer stay. With a bit of TLC it would be perfect. For example, gardens and exterior clean up. It was a solid 8.5 out of 10 for me. I would definitely stay again. Communicating was also excellent. Very responsive.

Everything was as we had hoped about the house with heaps of room. We did find the pinlock in the kitchen a nuisance. It was more thinking about what a hassle it would be if something went wrong with it- rather than any immediate problem. Thanks

The heated bathroom floor, the big bedrooms, and the amount of room. The easy access for people less able to walk well.

Quiet location even if it is alongside a railway line. The spacious character house, a home away from home was recently renovated to a high standard with great furnishings. The beds were very comfortable with good quality linens. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. Coffee to grind, milk and fresh bread and condiments. Plenty of off street parking. The host/owner good to communicate with.
