“Just how I like my holiday”

The ambience was tremendous.. both Karine & Dominique are excellent hosts. The two dogs Venus and Vlad made our holiday - along with the two cats who were very good friends. Beautiful pool and the opportunity for reflexology and massage. A massive double bed in our room.. huge bathroom and views to die for. We can only recommend.. We hope to return next year and enjoy some quality downtime. Thank you both Andrew & Chrissy x

Instant vacation feeling arriving at the gîte. Wonderfull gardens surrounding the gîte and the hosts, Dominique and Karine, were very welcoming. Very friendly people who are very helpfull when you need anything, or to give you great tips about places to visit in the region. We stayed in the smallest gîte (with the green & white colour palet), which was perfect for the two of us and was very nicely decorated. A very well equiped kitchen and a very nice shower, but also a very cosy interior for the sitting room and bedroom. The pool is magnificently surrounded by the garden and both have a very relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed our little private terrace in the evenings and the cats and dogs made us feel very at home. The little town Fayence nearby is also worth a visit, and the whole region is a fantastic place to spend your holidays. At a fifteen minutes drive, there is a wonderfull lake where you can swim or rent a pedalo, kayak .... We had a fantastic vacation and would certainly come back if we visited the region again! Highly recommend this place!

“Not recommended.”

This house is not actually a three bedroom house. It has 2 bedrooms and the living room had a large bed, they mean a third bedroom. This is the greatest problem, i would call this lying. This living room leads to the bathroom, so the whole family had to go through our bedroom(living room) if they wanted to take a bath. Another problem is that the owners live on the ground floor, which was not mentioned anywhere in the reservation. Between the ground floor and the first floor there is a glass door where they can see through to our accommodation. On the first day, the owner even came up to this glass door, because he found my otherwise perfectly normal little daugthers too loud. I have never experienced this before. Otherwise he is not kind at all, i never understand, why rent a house somebody who doesn't like the guests? The house and the garden would be beautiful if they were properly cleaned, but unfortunately this is not the case,the pool is very nice tho.
