We had no idea what to expect when coming to Favignana! Setteminne Resort Design was the highlight of our entire trip to Sicily! If you are considering booking - do it Now! Our stay was truly unforgettable – it felt just like staying with dear friends. The accommodation was warm and inviting, the food was exceptional and Home-made. The hospitality was beyond anything we could have hoped for! Every detail was thoughtful and genuine, creating an experience that felt more like being welcomed into a family than staying in a hotel. The rooms were private, stylish and comfortable with great views of the garden. The location was within walking distance of the main town and there was a safe place to park your bike at night! (Stefania helped us to arrange this - we’d definitely recommend electric bikes! ) Setteminne is a rare and special place we’ll be talking about for a long time! We definitely would love to come back!

We loved our stay at Setteminne. Stefania and Massimo are amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable. Picking us up and dropping us to the ferry, helping out with renting e-bikes, serving breakfast and giving recommendations! The room was nice and spacious, super clean. The location was perfect, close to the beautiful southern beaches of the island, away from the noise of the centre but only a 10 min walk to get there. We recommend Setteminne!

“Matt Damon missed out!”

Matt Damon could have stayed here - and I am sure he would loved it. But his timing was poor. Filming for his latest movie just finished filming in Favignana a couple of months before this uber - stylish accommodation opened up. This oasis is the result of almost 5 years of painstaking designing, planning and building these luxury apartments, offering a cool, expansive and stunning reprieve from the generous sun in Favignana. The apartment is thoughtfully appointed with a larger fridge than most apartments, a drying rack for washing, hot plate and microwave. The furniture is from leading Italian designers - like Kartell - and the overall vibe of the room is stylish and minimalist cool. We were lucky enough to have the apartment with the mega sized balcony - with 3 separate areas to sunbake , star gaze or enjoy a pre or post dinner drink. Plans are underway for a hot tub on this stunning area which overlooks a mountain crowned with an ancient fortress where the unlucky Matt filmed his recent movie Odyssey. The hosts are warm and helpful - deftly navigating that difficult balance of ensuring guests feel welcome and taken care of, but give you your own space. Stefania and her husband made a wonderful breakfast each morning, customised to our preferences - everything from panini , eggs , cornettos to home made cakes. 2 nights was not enough - we’d love to come back for longer . This was definitely a highlight of southern Italy and I’d highly recommend . Thank you for an incredible 2 days!

Breakfast was a lovely experience. Simple yet special fresh goods. Stefania also bakes something delicious every day. Stefania made some reservations for us on her recommendation and all turned out to our expectations! This was our second visit to Favignana and I’m sure we’ll return and will be staying at this lovely couple’s property ❤️

Great location with a 10 minute walk to the town centre (500m) Stefana organised bike hire for us and also a taxi to go and have a drink and watch the sunset , nothing was a problem

“Perfect!”

Everything was perfect! Stefania and Massimiliano were the best hosts we’ve ever had. Their breakfast is homemade and absolutely amazing with all local, fresh and delicious food. They told us all about the interesting history of Favignana and about their beautiful property and grounds. The rooms are extremely comfortable, modern but in keeping with a natural style, absolutely spotless and spacious. We’re already planning our next trip back!

What an awesome place and run by awesome people. We had the King Suite with Seaview which is absolutely awesome as is the homemade breakfast at the gazebo. They even picked us up from the ferry and dropped us off again. We will definitely be back.

Location was great. Five minute bike ride to Center. Bike to any beach was easy. Hosts, Stefania and Massimo, are very friendly and accommodating, and great to speak with. The room was very nice, well appointed, modern and nicely maintained. Breakfast was fresh with a variety of choices available. The entire property is beautiful. I understand a pool may be added in the future which would make the experience 10++.

Location is perfect. Close to the centre of the main village (900 meters) in a quite environment. Breakfast is delicious: every day a big variety of home made cakes/toasts etc.. Rooms & facility are very clean. Hosts have a good personal contact with their customers, and try to do everything to make the best of you stay. They are very helpful and try to assist you and give useful tips were possible.
