Overview
A restored 18th century manor set in the countryside in Fasano and surrounded by olive groves, Masseria San Martino offers rooms and self-catering apartments with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Overlooking the garden or the pool, the rustic-style apartments feature a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area with TV. Rooms have stone vaulted ceilings and a minibar. One suite comes with a fireplace and a spa bath while the other has a terrace with sea view. Buffet breakfast is served each morning to all guests and includes homemade cakes and savoury produce. The swimming pool has a hydromassage area and free sun loungers and deckchairs. Drinks are available at the bar surrounding the pool. Fasano Train Station is 6 km away and Torre Canne beach is an 8-minute drive. The Bari/Brindisi Motorway is 7 km from the property.

“Beautiful masseria in Puglia!”
A beautiful masseria, a very calm and quiet place. It felt like a retreat. Great pool area with self service ("honesty") bar, very friendly family. The breakfast buffet is a tasty start of the day. Good WiFi, everywhere at the property. Many cosy Italian towns are located nearby and perfect for a visit during the evening.

“perfect place and centrally located to anything”
wonderful place, great hosts, perfect english speaking. Pool and all outdoor spaces were incredible. So clean rooms were perfect, very nice sober style. Breakfast was really good with local and home made produce. Nice family context. Perfect location to visit the area. Highly recommend if you are going to visit the area because it is central to everything. You MUST have a car or you are stuck!

“Peaceful break”
if you are looking for a place where family style setting and peace and quiet are the regular thing, then this is it! We were here for a wedding celebration and it was fantastic. There are several places that can be visited in the area within a short drive. Be sure you have a car. Staff is very friendly and was really helpful with car rental and sightseeing tips. Highly recommend staying here.

“Relaxing authentic place.”
Absolutely lovely place. So many olive trees, nice to walk on the grounds. Breakfast was very nice and with local fresh produce. Rooms very clean and outdoor spaces really relaxing. we loved the pool. Staff was so helpful especially with helping us get our suitcases!

“Perfect point to visit the Itria Valley”
visited the place for a wedding. Wonderful area, the Masseria is excellent starting point for visiting all the surrounding towns. It is very clean, rooms are very beautifully renovated and arranged. Outdoor spaces are great. Breakfast is perfect! Staff is very kind and speak excellent english, give many useful suggestions

The property is situated in the country, in an olive grove. We stayed in an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a patio. Perfect for guests who like peace and quiet.

“Picturesque location with beautiful pool and rooms.”
Excellent accommodation! The check in process was very simple. The room was very nice and clean. The bedroom was very spacious and had small wardrobe spaces to unpack into. Pool area was beautiful and the honesty bar was a very convenient option for drinks by the pool. Breakfast was also great! Would suggest booking a room with a balcony to sit and look at the views of the surrounding farms. Staff were friendly and helpful.

“Beautiful Masseria in a stunning olive trees plantation”
Is a beautiful Masseria in a stunning location in the middle of an olive trees plantation. Our room was very spacious, and nicely decorated. We had a small kitchen and a private garden. Room and bathroom were all very clean. You will need a car to move around, but everything (the beach, nice places to visit, restaurants) is in about 20 minutes drive. The Masseria has agreements with some beach clubs and restaurants which will help same someone money.

“Beautiful hotel amidst olive trees”
Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous pool area, a really kind host and comfortable rooms. The host family really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and even helped us rent a car. Great breakfast too!
