Overview
The Masseria Salamina is a 17th-century castle set among olive groves and farmland. It offers a pool, a traditional restaurant, and even homemade olive-oil soap in guests’ spacious, air-conditioned rooms. Accommodation at the Salamina is located in the manor house or the converted stables. Some rooms feature rustic tiled floors, antique furniture and marble-mosaic bathrooms. In addition to a continental breakfast buffet, the Salamina Masseria’s restaurant serves Puglia cuisine made with ingredients from its garden. Oil and wine-tasting sessions can also be organised. Fasano Station is 5 km from the Salamina Agriturismo. Torre Canne beach is a 5-minute drive from the property. The Salamina Agriturismo’s manor house offers a relaxing terrace with views of palm trees and the Adriatic Sea. Free Wi-Fi is also available at reception.

Poor breakfast and poor quality products. Cappuccino was not cappuccino. Very arrogant and poorly trained staff.

“It could be perfect but they need much better organization”
It is a very, very nice castle. Perfectly clean, spacious rooms, surrounding is beautiful, pool and pool area fantastic, food in restaurant for the lunch was great. Beds and pillows very comfy. Most of the staff are very kind, especially the guy named Donatello and the other man with the beard. They even prepared us a lunch after the normal lunch time (we arrived later then the lunch time). Their wine is great, especially the red one.

“Beautiful, relaxing stay”
Wonderful stay as a solo traveller at Masseria Salamina. I really needed a few days of rest and relaxation and this was the perfect spot. I went out of season in early October and it was so quiet, and still warm enough. Staff kind but not intrusive. Meals were delicious. Wine gorgeous. Grounds beautiful. Also not too far from the beach or old towns if you wanted to explore. Beautiful, relaxing stay.

The Masseria hosts were incredibly lovely as were all of the staff, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. This location was perfect for day trips to lots of must see destinations. Pool was sensational, food was sensational, breakfast was sensational! Wish our stay could have been longer. We will definitely be back.

Masseria Salamina is a stunning place that makes you dream. Our room was comfortable and very big. Breakfast was good and the staff kind. We had a great dinner with friends in the beautiful, internal, court.

This place is just stunning. Love the farm to table approach of everything being grown on site used in the kitchen and grown using farming methods that eschews pesticides. A place of relaxation and wellness
