It is a charming place, it used to be an both an office and a pharmacy. No air condition in the room, and only possible to open the windows partly. The door on the balcony needs a bracket to be kept in open position. Room very nice, including bathroom. Improvement needed for breakfast, very dark, difficult to see and few options. Should focus on local food, at least bread.

We stayed in the main part of the hotel, which used to be a shipping office. The room was big with lots of windows and natural light (but just looked over buildings). Furnishings were in an older style, more in keeping with the 'shipping office' feel. There are many maps, photos and models of ships around the hotel.

“Nice staty at Rederiet hotel”
Nice location in center of town. Parking just in front of the hotel. Our family room was really large. First a room with desk, two chairs and storage. Then another large room with the three beds. You could feel the shipping historia of the hotel. Very good breakfast and the hot dishes were hot, not many hotels manage that. We had a good dinner at the hotel.
