“Scam.! Horrible..! Beware..! Blood/sperm stains on bed. Disgusting”

There was no bed sheets, no towels, no tissues, nothing...! The bed and pillows were full of blood and piss/sperm stains. Simply disgusting. Floor was full of leaves and mud stains. We could not sleep on the bed because it was really disgusting. House has no privacy. At night, the rain droplets were making too much noise on the ceiling. Simply said...horrible. This house just ruined our vacation. Furthermore, there was no electricity for 12 hours without heating. It was a horrible experience. The next day, the owner came and fixed it and it went off again after few hours. Then he deactivated the heating in such cold weather. We were simply shocked to see the state of the house. I made several complaints with pictures to DanCenter, and called multiple times to DanCenter service center in Hamburg, stating that the house is not cleaned, the bins were not cleaned and the bed was full of blood and piss/sperm stains. I have taken pictures as evidence to show how dirty and disgusting the house condition was. Horrible customer service. They sent me a letter in return saying that the house was dirty and i have to pay 50 euro extra as cleaning charges. Scam..!
