“An excellent place for a great relaxing holiday”
If you need coziness, silence and comfort, this is exactly the right place. It's a complete apartment with a separate kitchen and bedroom. There are some old-school things, but the main items are updated, while the cleanliness is perfect. Views from both balconies are excellent. The village itself is very nice and atmospheric, sheep and horses graze nearby, and the house has almost direct access to hiking trails. Grocery stores and the station are approximately 10-15 minutes on foot.

Lovely location ‐ property located at the corner of town with the mountains visible from the balconies. ~10mins walk to the train station or bus stop (Maibaum ‐ ~7mins). A fully equipped kitchen with necessary utensils and basic supplies like coffee, tea, salt, and sugar. Overall, it was a unique experience for us spending 4 quiet nights at the edge of a sleepy and beautiful town.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It is located in a beautiful, peaceful area with stunning mountain views — the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The apartment is very spacious, featuring two large balconies where you can unwind and take in the scenery. Although the furniture is older, everything was spotless and very well maintained, giving the place a cozy and welcoming feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, which made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in process was simple and smooth. If you enjoy cycling, there is a lovely trail right next to the property, and bikes can be safely stored in a special space upon request. Free parking is also available, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a truly relaxing experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay surrounded by nature.

It was a very pleasant stay for us. The house is large enough for a long weekend. It had everything we needed. As the location, it is easy to reach Garmisch, 15 minutes walk to train station and a 5 minutes ride.
