“Modern, clean and tastefully decorated place in great location.”
The location is very good because the loft is near the beach and not far from the oldtown. We stayed here for a week in February and we didn't need a car to see Fano. Of course February is not the beach time but we enjoyed the afternoon walks here. There is a small grocery shop and a few restaurants in the area. The loft is tastefully decorated, has everything you might need for a short or long stay. The host Chiara was very nice and helpful, she even picked us up at the train station when we arrived in the late evening. Highly recommended!

“Excellent property.”
Lovely property. Very clean. Great location - port, restaurants, historic centre and beaches all within easy walking distance. Excellent facilities - appreciated the washing machine and drying facilities and also all the small extras - e.g. coffee capsules and clothes washing tablets. Good WiFi and Aircon.

“Wonderful little gem near the sea and the city centre. Very modern, clean and well organised.”
Very modern decor and with all facilities (big fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board etc). Has all the essentials for a short and long stay!
