“An overnight heading home and it was perfect.”

A little disappointed that no restaurant on site but in the castle not far away. Looked a little posh for a solo biker but I found a pizza place an easy walk away. The young lady on reception was a star, made me a coffee on arrival and sourced a rather nice glass of red when I returned after my pizza

It took 35 min to check in. 15 min to find the clerk asleep on a field bed in the back of the breakfast room. Despite having send a message regarding my late checkin between 0.00-0.45, there was no one. The room was tiny with a small single bed, the heating is super noisy beside being turned off. The neighbours tv sounded like it was hanging above my head until 5am.

Beautiful property with a very stylish room presented to me for my stay. Wonderfully kind and welcoming staff. Pleasant grounds and ample parking with security cameras. Although the hotel does not offer a restaurant in house, it has an association with another hotel with an excellent restaurant which is only a few hundred metres walk away and the restaurant bill is then added to your hotel bill concluding an excellent stay which I will definitely repeat when the opportunity arises.

“Absolutely perfect accommodation”

We were absolutely satisfied and I recommend staying here longer. The price-performance ratio is great. You have very interesting places with monuments within reach. The architecture of the entire house is absolutely perfect. I admire the entire reconstruction of the house, it is technically and design-wise great. The breakfast was great! Large parking spaces. A very quiet and undisturbed night on a comfortable bed. What was absolutely great are the owners of the apartment, very nice people, who helped us carry our luggage from the car to the apartment during a big storm. We choose accommodation and its quality a lot. Here I can rate it as great and recommend staying longer, it makes sense. From this place there are interesting cities and monuments and you can return to a comfortable place.

What a fantastic place. A little outside Fano which meant it was quiet, lots of parking & run by people who know exactly what makes a memorable stay. Excellent breakfast as well.

“Great place”

We booked 2 rooms in the Manor House, which has been renovated to a high standard. Rooms were exceptionally furnished and very spacious. The Manager recommended we eat at their adjacent hotel, owned by the two brothers. We sat in the courtyard, which was very pretty. Each dish on the menu was explained, the wine list was extensive and it was excellent value for money. This is a special place, well worth a visit.

The people were extremely friendly and helpful. The place was gorgeous, very clean and comfortable.

What a stunning place to stay with a great welcome from the staff. An hour away from Ancona, but I wish we were staying longer than our one overnight on the way to the ferry. We ate at the Castello 5 minutes drive away, owned by the same family. A superb stay all round

Beautifully restored farmhouse. Charming staff who were so helpful. Five minutes from the autostrada. Their sister property which is a 5 min walk has an amazing restaurant
