“A Journey Back to my Parents' Hometown”
Our host, Marinella, was very kind, friendly and helpful. We made a connection right away. We didn't know each other before this, and our first night she invited us to her home upstairs for dinner, a recipe I remember from my mother. There was another evening too where she made the traditional local fish stew. Marinella is just a fine lady. The apartment is large and modernized with a nice sitting area out back with lots of plants. She also provided a large ,private, gated parking lot just steps away, all included. The location was excellent, two blocks from the beach and 15 minute walk to the historical center.
