The hospitality of Bruno and Antonella. We travelled by train and Bruno picked us up and brought us there. The bikes were very nice to move around.

“Perfect for a family of four!”

This was one of the best B & B's that we have stayed at. The room size was large enough for a family and we were able to reorganize the beds to accommodate co-sleeping with our children. The small playground in the yard was a god-send for our children and enabled us to rest after travel without worrying about what our kids would get into. The air conditioning starts off seemingly weak, but does cool the room which is so nice to retreat to after a long hot day. The wifi was decent. The couple that ran the B&B were so friendly and accommodating for our family. It was actually a perfect location - close enough to the beach, major highways, and other towns with attractions. It's a 3 minute walk to a shopping mall! Despite that, it was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was amazing. Fresh, homemade pastries, pancakes with nutella and syrup for the kids, fresh fruit, cold cuts and cheese, scrambled eggs and bacon, etc. There were many things that were thoughtfully provided - a small wash tub for washing baithing suits, a communal fridge, a space outside to hang things to dry, etc. They even have an agreement with the Hotel Sole near Marrota to rent a beach Umbrella and 2 beach chairs for a reasonable fee. We are already planning to go back!

“Lovely respite, near the Adriatic”

Both Bruno and Antonella are lovely people. I felt badly that I didn't speak Italian, Antonella's language. She's such a warm, caring person, someone I would have liked to know better. Thank goodness Bruno spoke French so we were able to communicate fine and he translated into Italuan for his wife. The breakfast is superb! So lovely to sit outside, overlooking a lovely garden, listening to the birds and having a delightful breakfast. A lovely start to each day!

“The best Fano B&B”

The breakfast was exquisite. Antonello and Bruno were superb hosts (even with a language barrier). The house and garden is secure and well maintained. The garden is tranquil and had the right balance of relaxing and entertainment for our two small ones. We were comfortable and well looked after while we stayed here. Air con really helpful for those hot days. Easy access to Fano, local beach access well worth a trip just out of the main Fano stretch. A fridge to cool items was useful. Excellent.

The place is outstanding. The garden is verry well kept and has variety of plants , flowers and so. Like a faery garden. And the hosts were verry kind and helping. The breakfast was served in style- even had a touch of flower buds and petals as decoration

The place is just beautiful with a wonderful garden filled with flowers and trees. All is very well taken care of. The breakfast is an exceptional experience with local tastes and pieces of the garden on your plate. Antonella and Bruno are very experienced hosts with attention to your needs. The place is just perfect. I have travelled far and wide but have never been treated like Burno and Antonella I had breakfast each morning in the lovely garden with the smell of jasmine all around me. My room was cleaned everyday the place was spotless. It is only a short walk to Fano Centre and the bus stop which will take you directly in Fano.

“Covid-safe stay, excellent breakfast”

The breakfast is exceptional, room and bathroom are spacious and clean, but what is maybe the most important during these pandemic days is that Bruno and Antonella handle the Covid safety very seriously and professionally, from greeting you very warmly but still keeping the distance and having the mask on, to the breakfast which will be brought to you at your doors.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The owners as re super friendly and kind and they deserve a big bravo for their fantastic garden.
