“Great value for money in a very convenient location.”
For the price of the room, this was excellent. Big room, with a sneaky good view across rice fields to mountains in the east. The location was also great, I'd ridden from Chiang Rai and arrived around 1230, so needed lunch. I was able to walk 200m and get a good plate of Khao Mu Deng. I was also within walking distance was a good little coffee shop, a market and, Fang being in Thailand after all, numerous 7/11s. At night, a number of street vendors popped up really close to the hotel, which I was able to, and did, take advantage of.

our room ( superior, garden view) was simple but spacious and very clean. staff friendly. breakfast ok.

The staff hardly speaks English. Few sockets at the head of the bed (but so in most hotels in Thailand). Until late at night there was loud music nearby (maybe it was unlucky on my day).

“Affordable price, nice location!”
The hotel is located near local market where you can find some cheap local food. Moreover, there is a 7-11 nearby or if you would like to grab some coffee, you can walk to Cafe Amazon in the gas station beside hotel. They also serve rice porridge with pork, coffee, bread in the morning. The price is affordable!
