The location, the convenience and the beach. The view from the roof garden is superb but maybe a little wild when the wind whips up. The area is fairly remote and the facilities are quite basic but what is not to like.

There is no heating in the apartment and it was cool inside the apartment especially in the evening and in the mornings. There should be some form of heating device (or just rent it out in the warmer months)

Lovely and spacious house in a perfect location. Stone’s throw from the sea, and five minutes walk to the main beach. Very close to the bars and restaurants as Famara is so small! Very chilled surfer vibe to the town. We enjoyed the roof terrace, beds were comfy, two bathrooms, kitchen well stocked with necessities. Perfect spot for a surf/kitesurf trip :)

Everything was as discribed under booking.com. It met exactly our expactations. Would always love to come back. Lovley spacious place (we were 4 persons) and very nice roof top terrace. We did have very few wind however - on windy days it might be that it is too windy up at the roof. From the living room, one bedroom and from the roof top terrace you have very beautiful view of the risco de famara - but as you can see also on some of the pictures you also look on the parking lot - it did not bother us at all - but you should know. A large varriaty of restaurants are just a few steps away - all are very nice not tourist restaurants...
