“Total ripoff”

We arrived late after cycling through heavy rain, exhausted and soaked. There was an issue with our payment, but despite the conditions, management refused to let us access the apartment even briefly to retrieve my glasses so I could actually read my phone and resolve it. Standing outside in the rain with zero flexibility from management was a pretty clear sign of what was to come. On top of that, we were asked for a €200 security deposit — completely disproportionate to the standard of the property. The apartment itself is massively overpriced at €280 per night for two people. It’s mediocre at best. The furniture looks fine at first glance, but it’s clearly cheap, low-quality, and already showing wear. The linens were old and worn, the sheets heavily pilled, and while they may have been washed, finding a pubic hair in the bed is simply unacceptable. The bathroom looked superficially clean, but the silicone is visibly moldy. Heating is inadequate — one small heater for the entire apartment on a cold night. The details are sloppy: coffee pods are provided, but no coffee machine. The so-called “sea view” is misleading — you have to stand on the terrace and look at a very specific angle to catch a tiny sliver of water between buildings. Of all the places we stayed in Lanzarote, this was by far the worst — and also by far the most expensive, which makes it even harder to justify. The final issue sealed it. After checkout, we accidentally locked the keys inside and immediately informed management so it could be handled by the cleaning team. Instead, we were told a locksmith was required and were charged for it. This is frankly absurd. The door is a basic type that can easily be opened without damage, and in our experience managing holiday rentals, this situation is routinely resolved without unnecessary costs. Had we known, we would have turned back and opened it ourselves. This stay felt like a textbook case of squeezing as much money as possible out of guests

“Great location in Famara”

The apartment is right next to Famara beach. It was very clean and has all the amenities needed (we appreciated the orange juice in the fridge and the basic supplies like oil, vinegar). The balcony is facing the beach and when it's not too windy you can enjoy a nice breakfast looking at the seaside. Communication and check in was smooth. Definitely reccomened for a chill stay in Famara

Location, size and amenities

The location is great and so is the terrace. However the view of the beach is very tiny (it's between 2 houses).
