“Lovely house and lovely hosts”

A lovely little guest house in a fantastic central location. Parked the car directly outside. Clean and comfortable and excellent value for money. But what really made it was the hosts. A lovely friendly couple. Always offering something: lemonade, coffee, tea, etc. And the breakfast was superb. All in all, a perfect stay.

Arife and Murat are the most generous hosts and lovely people that made our 5 night stay in such a wonderful place even more special. The rooms and courtyard have been beautifully restored to create comfortable and welcoming spaces. Arife was so kind and friendly and took the time to create delicious food for our dietary requirements. Very thoughtful. We would love to return and wouldn't stay anywhere else but Santa Napa. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a warm and inviting place to stay, with hosts that truly make you feel like family. Thank you so much Arife, Murat and your lovely family.

We were met by such a kind and friendly hosts. Place was in the center of Famagusta, very spectacular view and perfect location. room was a rural style, cozy and filled with warm attitude. Breakfast was full table with local varieties.

We loved every bit of our stay at this wonderful guesthouse. The house is very beautiful and has a cute little courtyard, the room was comfy and has a nice terrace, the location is great and the breakfast was superb. Best of all, however, are the lovely hosts who where incredibly warm and welcoming! Thank you so much for having us.

“Superb”

A few minutes walk from Famagusta’s Old Town and the fortification walls. Amazingly picturesque venue. Super friendly hosts. Nice breakfast. Spacious parking place just in front of the building. A perfect place who want to experience something well beyond a conventional hotel accommodation.

“The best place ever!”

This is a real gem! I have written so many reviews in Bookings, but this is really the best place I have stayed all those years. The owners of Santa Napa are so welcoming and generous, they do their utmost to make you feel at home. Upon arrival they invited us to tea and coffee with cake. The breakfast they prepared is really amazing, and so complete. Arife took us to the combo station for our day trip to Kyrenia. On New Year’s Day, after another delicious breakfast, she drove us to the beach for our New Year’s dive, and Arife and her daughter accompanied us to the border, where we continued our trip to Larnaca. A wonderful family!

Wonderful place run by generous people! Highly recommended!

This was the most pleasant hotel I stayed at during my trip. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very nice, with fruit from their garden. I left my phone charger when checking out and the hosts were able to arrange for it to be sent to Girne where I was staying next.

“A true treasure”

Excellent hosts Arife and Nurettin went above and beyond in care of every detail. The rooms were beautiful ,exceptionally clean, with everything you need. With views overlooking the historical site, it is very unique. There's a zen like feel with a little courtyard , that left you feeling in an oasis of calm and care. The breakfast was truly fit for kings and Queens with homemade fresh products each morning. Turkish coffee tea also, you will enjoy each morning full and happy. Located Only a few steps away from the walls of the city its a true treasure. I look forward to returning.

Stunning place with the most hospitable hosts you can imagine. Their lovely guest house is only 3 rooms, which makes your stay a sort of intimate experience. The hosts greeted us with tea and lemonade when we arrived, and we were served a very good breakfast in the morning. On top of that, two lovely cats stroll around demanding rubs. Location is perfect - 2 min walk from the main square/cathedral. What a place.

The breakfasts were exceptional. The owners took care of us as if we were family. We could choose from a wide variety of dishes, with everything prepared on the table — from savory foods to different jams and cheeses, fruits, and vegetables. The breakfasts were truly royal, a delight not only for our taste buds but also for the eyes. The location was absolutely amazing, the house is just as beautiful as in the pictures and, on top of that, it is situated right in the center, only about a 2–3 minute walk from the main square — basically just around the corner. In front of the house there is an important archaeological site, which gives the stay a unique sense of exclusivity. And above all, we must highlight the approach of the house owners towards us as guests. They were incredibly warm and kind people, making us feel truly welcome — as if we had arrived at our parents’ home. Their hospitality created a homely and comforting atmosphere that made our stay unforgettable. If we travel to Famagusta again, we will definitely stay at the same place!

Location was perfect, situated in the heart of the Famagusta old town. Parking in front of the house. Both owners extremely nice and helpful - simply wonderful. Breakfast was beyond expectation with amazing local delicacies served by the owner herself. Tastefully decorated house, with attention to detail. One of my best stays ever. We even got food packed to go and picked figs from a near-by tree just as we were leaving. <3 Highly recommended!

“it felt like staying with family”

everything from start to finish was wonderful, when we arrived the family were having lunch and they invited us to join them, unfortunately we had just eaten, but we did have some wonderful water melon. the room was beautifully clean, with every attention to detail, the house has been beautifully restored by the owners, who is an architect. we needed some advice to find various places and they couldn't have been more helpful. breakfast the next morning was truly magnificent. we were made so welcome and will certainly stay again next time we pass through Famagusta
