“Breathtaking”

Honestly, I don't know where to start. First of all, Hatice is such a caring and helpful host. Everything went so smoothly upon arrival and Hatice's mother prepared 2 glasses of freshly pressed mandarin juice as welcome drinks. The location of the apartment is central, there are many coffee shops, restaurants and mini markets in the surrounding. The most amazing part is the wonderful, huge terrace with a marvelous view, where we enjoyed our breakfasts. The apartment itself is huge as well and all possible everyday items can be found. We can definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful penthouse, you won't regret it!

“We enjoyed every moment while we were at home”

Our host took care of our every need from the moment we first contacted her until the moment we left the house. The location of the house is very close to the central places in Famagusta and there is everything you may need inside the house. It also has an incredibly large and pleasant terrace. Also the house was very clean. We will definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Famagusta. Highly recommended to everyone who is searching for a place in here! :)

Imagine the Hyatt Regency or Marriott Hotel's expensive very well decorated residential suit with 2 bedrooms, 1 office room and 1 large living room together with fully equipped kitchen, design bathroom and a spacious panaromic terrace...This is what you will find in this property with an excellent hospitality.

“Panaramic view, huge terrace and privacy”

It was a very welcoming meeting at the beginning and then simple check out. The location is good just between Palm beach near the old town (10 minutes by car) and other beaches like Glapside (Loof) and Beach Club (5 minutes by car). The last one is very recomended as the most equiped and having waterpool. The appartment itself have all nessesary to live. We liked the view, the terrace and privacy as we are al fresco dining lovers. By host recommendation we found fresh fish shop and had a great barbequ dining. It worth to mention that the appartment has a covered parking place near the lift which is very comfortable in summer as a car stays always cold. Closest supermarket is Macro, about 5 minutes drive.

Very central and luxurious penthouse! There is a huge terrace with amazing views of pink flamingos, sea and mountains. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops. The host is very responsive and caring. We are definitely coming back.

“Great place”

This was a beautiful apartment that had a great view watching the Flamingos on the large open roof top. The place was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Location is pretty much central and walking distance to nice coffee shops and markets. The owner had family welcome us on arrival with a nice bottle of wine and treats. Continuous communication from the owner to ensure that we were settling in ok and we had everything we needed. Would recommend this place and would definitely go back and atay again.

Very central penthouse with magnificent panoramic views of lake with flamingos, sea, and mountains. It is furnished with top quality furniture and electrical appliances. Two big bedrooms and a separate study room. Perfect for both leisure and business trips. Definitely recommend it.

Everything was perfect from the initial contact to the final leaving! It is not only the 'big' things that were great but it was the extra little details that really made our stay exceptional. These included things like cooperation for the full payment in person since the booking was done on a very short notice period. Also, the host's quick response to my queries and requests. The welcome drinks and provision of bottled water on arrival were especially appreciated after our 12-hour journey! Thank you

This property exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and clean inside. Large rooms. HUGE balcony to use for ourselves with added bonus of flamingo wildlife to observe. Great central location and easy to walk to most places of interest and local bars and restaurants. Very easy communication with the owners and help with extra questions we had about. Best accommodation we have stayed in for a holiday
