Hosts were the sweetest, kindest and most welcoming. Made us feel really special. The rooms are all surrounding a stunning garden and with beautiful decorations everywhere. The rooms are simple but functional and the stay was comfortable and quiet. Bathroom.is private but need to go into courtyard to access it. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Location is great, so close to everything you need in town.

“Exceptional warmth and heartfelt hospitality”
We were traveling with our daughter and stayed in this truly beautiful place. Everything is made with love and attention to detail—from the plants to the food. The house itself is stunning, with its history thoughtfully preserved and visible throughout, making you feel connected to the soul of the place. It is very clean, cozy, and welcoming. The garden invites you to relax and explore a variety of exotic (for most of us!) plants and fruits, which was a joy for both adults and our daugther. The lovely hosts prepared an amazing breakfast —traditional Cypriot food with local cheeses, self-made delicious marmalades, and many other homemade treats. The location is excellent: you stay within the old city walls of Famagusta and can easily explore everything on foot. If you want to visit the Varosha site you can also walk from there, it takes about 25 minutes. But what truly makes this place exceptional is the hospitality. I have visited more than 40 countries, and I can honestly say that this level of warmth and kindness is rare. You immediately feel that you are in the right place, with the right people. We wish the family all the very best and hope to return one day.

We had the most wonderful stay with this beautiful family! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome and at home. They were incredibly kind and gave us great tips about what to see and do around the town — it really made our visit special. The breakfast was just perfect — everything was homemade with so much love and care. After traveling for a few days and staying in different hostels, this place truly stood out. It felt cozy, comfortable, and full of warmth and the charm of the room stole our hearts they have very unique style . We enjoyed every moment of our stay and can’t thank our hosts and his wife and daughter they were the best and the highlight of our trip their hospitality is beyond. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home experience!

The host, Tamer, and his wife are a delight. They say to treat the place like your own home. They are so friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and the breakfast is fresh, homemade and plentiful. Breakfast is served in the beautiful outdoor garden.

The owners of the property are lovely and can not do enough for you to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. The gardens are beautiful, peaceful and exude tranquility making it a haven after a day of sightseeing. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting famagusta

Very nice hosts and place is full of plants. It has a really nice garden. It is very near the center of the city. Toilet is separated from the room, but stilll private. The place is very clean. Breakfast is small but very tastfull.
