“Great location”

“Overpriced and falling apart”
We booked the room as pictured and described on Booking.com those were the only ones available. At the hotel they told us those rooms were fully booked, they showed us the alternative, but that was smelly, like damp/mold, it wasn’t clean and as seen on the pictures it has seen it’s best days… electrical safety is doubtful, especially the shower water heater. We asked to adjust the price to what we are getting now, but they didn’t want to do anything and told us they are stuck because of Booking.com… The hotel is heavily overpriced for what it is and what you get, for that money you have way better options around! If they would adjust the price, fix what’s broken and have it clean, then I would say give it a go

The hotel is nicely located in a small bay. Unfortunately we stayed only 1 night on the way to the other place but i would recommend this hotel for those who wants to escape from big crowded cities, hotels, wants to have rest, peace and enjoy of the beach and the sea. Stuff is helpful and friendly. Food is good. The room may be refreshed, but it was clean. Price corresponds to the quility. Spectacular sea view.

“Want to relax and get away? Go to Kaplica :)”
Amazing locat, amazing beach, for people who want to relax near the beach, its the perfect location! Famagusta city is only 30min away by car, Kaplica hotel has a restaurant and 5min by car, another restaurant, also named Kaplica. Room had an AMAZING view of the sea, sleeping and waking up with the sound of waves, is AmaIng!!!! Stuff very nice and helpfull.

“Good beach and nice facilities. Would recommend.”
Amazing beach and the hotel is nice. There is a language barrier therefore ordering drinks and food, you might not get what you want ;-) All in all it was a good experience and wished we stayed another day.
