The staff at the reception was very kind to us. We could change our rooms, so that they were next to each other. In the restaurant they could also prepare ad hoc a favourite dish for my son.

“We were here the second time, would love to come back a third time”
Breakfast has rich variety. Not very luxury, but tasty. Staff is willing to fulfil requests and does everything to make you feel satisfied. Both staff in restaurant as staff at reception. The rooms are big and we were allowed to change our rooms due to our personal preferences. The rooms have full equipment, at least as much as you would like to see in a 4 or 5 star hotel.

“Wonderful Hotel”
The location of the hotel is central. Quick to be found. It has a parking lot which was also a plus for us. Our rooms were quiet and cozy, spacious enough, and with a great city view. The mattress of the bed was very comfortable hence we enjoyed a really good sleep. We enjoyed the food as well - we had breakfast and dinner. The staff we communicated with were all polite, smiley, and ready to accommodate our requests. As a matter of fact we were completely satisfied with our choice. We will definitely return for another city break at the Grand Sapphire City Hotel.
