The only person at the reception who speaks English is Huseyin — and honestly, he’s the highlight of the place. He’s incredibly welcoming, friendly, and has an amazing vibe. He truly deserves to work there and makes guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. The rest of the staff, however, don’t even make an effort to communicate, which can be quite frustrating for non-Turkish speakers. The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern — definitely a plus. Breakfast was good, though the staff could pay a bit more attention to cleanliness. One thing that really surprised us: there’s absolutely no alcohol available in the hotel. It felt strange not being able to enjoy a glass of wine with dinner or just relax with a drink. As for dinner, it wasn’t great. We ordered three medium-rare beef dishes, but all came extremely overcooked and tough — definitely not worth the price. On the bright side, the desserts were amazing — absolutely delicious. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with great potential, but the experience really depends on the small details — and Huseyin is the one who truly makes the stay enjoyable.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Great location and very accommodating staff. The patisserie was wonderful bought quite a lot of lovely pastries and chocolates to bring back home.

The hotel was built recently so everything inside is still quite new! So it’s clean and wonderfully designed. We were enjoying our stay there and slept really well. No noisy air conditioning and very comfortable mattress and pillows!

The check in experience was great. The young man who was in the frond desk during check in and check out was very professional, kind and attentive and gave a great first impression. He was also very kind to ask and receive our feedback before leaving.

“Excellent”

We were in Northern Cyprus visiting our families and friends there for the location was perfect for us. The hotel facilities were good with patisserie / restaurant downstairs with good food and service. Staff were lovely polite professional and courteous. Specially reception staff Ali, Mehmet, floor staff Syed and Imdat. All would go above and beyond to look after us. Breakfast was good / adequate. The waiter Ismet always greeted us with a smile, very pleasant. The manager would pop in every morning to ensure everything running smoothly. Even the standard rooms are a good size with spotlessly clean with comfy beds / bedding. Large shower rooms with all little extras. Beautiful daily changed fluffy white towels etc., some small diy finishings in rooms need attention. Which is shame because overall hotel is designed to a high standard. If i have to erite any constrictive criticism, we stayed 10 nights and had 3 rooms. The rooms near the elevators appears to be little noisy due to ventilation system. There for we requested to change our room. The second room was lovely but unfortunately we had issues with our air-conditioning panel. Staff were great and were always happy to help. The hotel is new, modern and very comfortable. With great staff and service. I would highly recommend this hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning in 2025

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was brand new and staff were helpful on reception. In particular Hussein who always greeted us with professionalism and eager to support and help where possible.

Breakfast is a disaster. Everything else is very good.
