“Cozy place - clean - friendly staff - nice atmosphere”
Cozy garden, friendly check in, very clean room, good atmosphere. Coffee and tea in the room. Even slippers - which we all three found nice on the cold floor (we visited in April)

“Great stay”
Good location. Parking is not available inside the property, but it is easy to find parking nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The common areas were really nice and welcoming, and the staff was super friendly

It was a great guesthouse if ur coming to Magusa, its near the city centre and alot of cafe nearby. The guesthouse is clean, organized, and the owner is really helpful and friendly. The staff is also amazing 😍

“Charming garden, perfect oasis to stay”
I wished we could stay longer and enjoy the beautiful garden. Especially in summer it must be great, it gives nice shade and special atmosphere. The staff was pleasent and helpful and the owner called us to check in if we are satisfied with everything.

Betul Guest House is a magical oasis in the heart of Famagusta. All the city's attractions are within walking distance. The room is quiet and cozy, the beds are comfortable. Any problems that arise are resolved quickly.

“Perfect”
