“For a little village, and in Sweden, it is an exceptional hotel”
Very well located NeXT to plenty of sports facilities, free parking, all girls in reception very kind., good breakfast included, restaurant in the hotel at a reasonable price and wide opening hours, nice beautiful building, has gym, Sauna and a swimming pool but I think it is not long enough to swim but there is a 25m swimming pool NeXT to the hotel. Temperature of rooms comfortable around 24C

This was my most unpleasant hotel experience in 3 years of living and traveling in Sweden. We arrived late at night after a difficult drive — fog, rain, and moose on the road. I had called in advance to say we would be about 10 minutes late for check-in. The reply was cold, with no understanding or support. When I arrived around 00:10 and approached the reception, I first showed my Ukrainian international passport. But that wasn’t enough — the staff member then asked for a visa. I had to go back to the car to find the documents. I have a legal right to stay in Sweden under the EU Temporary Protection Directive for refugees, and in all my travels here, no hotel has ever asked for such documents at check-in — especially not in such a vulnerable moment, at night, after a stressful journey. I honestly believe that if I were from an EU country like the Netherlands, showing a passport would have been enough. This felt like unnecessary suspicion and unequal treatment. Instead of basic hospitality, I was met with coldness and stress. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values respectful and humane service.

I arrived very late in the evening and left early in the morning. Friendly reception at arrival and a good breakfast bag to go when I left before breakfast was opened. Nice bed.

Bed was right against one wall to fit in a sofa bed. Generally room was comfortable as was the bed. Lovely breakfast and we got there in the time frame we booked!
