The room was fantastic. Great location with lots of great restaurants nearby. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, providing us with lots of good recommendations for activitiesand dinning in the area. I also would like to point out how amazing the penthouse apartment was. We loved how it was renovated, keeping a lot of the original features of the old. Thanks again!

It’s probably one of these places you want to come back to! Everything is just perfect, all you would need is provided. You come in, have a cup of tea or coffee, sit out the terrace with a beautiful view over Falset or relax on the lounger and enjoy the homely atmosphere and the stylish interior. The hosts Joan and Jim are very welcoming and helpful, giving tips and advice to get around the town and beyond.

“Wonderful, stunning studio apartment”

The studio was absolutely stunning. The quality and finish on everything was amazing. It was the biggest studio I've ever stayed in. It was so spacious. The bed was so comfortable. There was a coffee machine with coffee and biscuits, milk, sugar, and bottled water. Everything you could want. John and Joan were lovely and helpful. We took our two dogs, and there was plenty of room for them, too. We will hopefully return to explore more of Falset and the surrounding area.

“Simply stunning!”

We stayed in the stunning penthouse which is light, airy, beautifully furnished and has the amazing added benefit of a fantastic balcony/patio. Our hosts couldn't have been more welcoming and had added thoughtful touches to make our stay more comfortable. The building has been beautifully restored with a lot of original features highlighted. It's surrounded by a quaint and historical small town, with a castle and is the capital of the Priorat county, known for it's fabulous wine. 

Lovely, airy apartment, beautifully decorated with interesting artworks and an outstanding balcony with views over local greenery and more distant mountains. John and Joan Gallagher were excellent hosts: generous and genuinely fascinating people who've managed to carve out a large and productive life in the Priorat hills. Falset is small, lovely and quiet (unless the fiesta is kicking off) with a great lido pool and is packed with top quality food and wine shops, cafes and restaurants. We'll be back if we can.

Fabulous apartment. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Joan was very helpful with information and our stay was lovely. We would definitely return. Falset is a beautiful village with a great atmosphere.

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was quite relaxing to sit on the balcony for breakfast or with a glass of wine, looking into the mountains. The whole design of the apartment is really nice and individual. Falset is a really cute town with some great restaurants and food shops just around the corner (but have a look at the opening hours...). But also the wider area offers much more culture, history, and nice people than one might expect. I would also like to thank our hosts for their tips and support, that helped us having great experiences and an unforgettable time. I hope to visit again some time!

“A wonderful central apartment in a lovely historic town”

The apartment was absolutely super, and communication with the host was fantastic. Free parking was very close by and easy to carry/roll suitcases/bags to. The location was great and only a few steps away from the main square, cafes and shops. The apartment was very clean and very well appointed regards furniture, art work and equipment. The sound proofing made for a fantastic night's sleep! Many thanks to you Joan for being very kind - we really enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely recommend your apartments to other people. This was amazing value for money.

Convenient central location yet peaceful. Overlooked park area with nice view from outside space. The building design, layout and decor is traditional yet contemporary. Secure entrance lobby with lots of info and leaflets. Kitchen area is well laid out and entirely adequate. Lounge/ bedroom is spacious and comfortable as is the bathroom. Air Con was invaluable.
