“Extremely disappointing and because of the smell actually unpleasant. I had to ask for help from hotel staff 3 times.”
The location is fabulous . The beach , sea views and sunsets amazing. The bar staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't eat there.

The person who helped me at check in was not friendly at all, their service was bad. The person who was there when I checked out was very different, very good service, very friendly ✅. They also didn't give us the room I reserved. I would not return to that hotel.

Heated pool in September - fantastic! Private beach and views - stunning! Great Bar and very friendly staff as well as a small shop for essentials. Large indoor pool and gym also. Rooms also had stunning beach vibe interior as well as a large fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Falmouth is a stunning town. Picture perfect!

“The beach is the best thing about this hotel”

“Beautiful beaches- drink please”
access to the beach was easy and fabulous! Just walk out down to the beach and grab a chair. The ocean was clean , warm and beautiful.
