Keypad didn't work a couple of times - we think it was losing its charge - and when my friend called the help number, the person was very rude to her. There was only one person from our house who was able to get people in. That dampened the trip quite a bit - especially the rudeness and lack of assistance. We will not be using Vacasa again.
