“Good base for exploring Cape Cod”
Surprisingly nice hotel/resort. We chose this as a base for exploring Cape Cod, for which it was perfect, and the motel-style layout worked really well as we could save a bit of money by cooking for ourselves! Would also have been convenient for the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, had we not missed the end of the season by a week...

“Location, location, location.”
The location is perfect. Right next to the Island Queen for trips to Martha's Vineyard. 20 min walk into Falmouth. 7Eleven right around the corner. Spacious comfortable room, with nice firm pillows.
