“Wonderful home from home”

Beautiful property with luxury decor, it was exceptionally clean and provided a wonderful base for the last few days of our holiday. Staff friendly and very helpful and would recommend this property.

Great location, close to the beach and good restaurants. The pool area was lovely and a definite benefit. The room was arranged lovely and it was really comfortable.

Loved the room and enjoyed the swimming pool. It seemed better than expected from pictures online. Liked the individual parking places. Really liked the fact it wasn’t standard motel layout but had separate little houses and instructions that were very clear to find them. Good range of TV channels.

Can't fault this hotel.. Staff were friendly rooms were spotless location was great would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.Ferry to Martha's Vineyard is just up the street and beach is a 5 minute wander away. Plenty bars and restaurants just a short walk away, and we explored the whole cape from our base in Falmouth.

“Decent enough but let down by lack of basic equipment.”

It was clean, big and comfortable. Pool was nice to have as it was very hot. In a great location too; Falmouth, in general, is lovely and the lodge was a five minute walk to the beach and Island Queen ferries.

Compact room. Clean and comfy bed. Microwave and fridge in room. Pleasant grounds around motel. Short walk to beach and town and ferry. Use of kettle in motel reception or coffee and paper cups available. Pool, but we did not use it.

Location for ferry to Marthas Vineyard however ferry was cancelled on the day we intended to visit the island so had to travel a distance to an alternative ferry.

“I really enjoyed my stay and the slightly retro feel of a motel.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was initially given a standard room, small but 0k, but after a few days I was given a little cottage with some basic cooking facilities, which was delightful. Good location and nice pool.

It was completely different from pictures. I was shocked and couldn’t believe myself after driving 2 hours to the destination the front disk lady treated me differently and asked if I am from MA?!? She made me feel like I’m not welcome. She insisted to charge me $20 additional fees for my 1 year baby. Differently I didn’t mind. But she was so rude and she embarrassed me in front of other guests. I didn’t even cancel but I left the whole place speechless. Instead of having a great day after a long week of work. I had the worst attitude from the front disk lady. I would recommend her to read books or attend a training for diversity and inclusion.

Central to everything especially the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Easy parking. New buildings at rear of property are fabulous. Nice pool.
