“A very nice nice hotel with pleasant helpful staff.”
It was good having the rooms close to each other. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was not too far from a rail station, so easy to get into Berlin.

“Fabulous hotel in beautiful Falkensee”
Quiet spacious room with separate lounge from bedroom. Rooms were clean and warm with large comfortable beds and great facilities in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location to explore Falkensee.

“Ok, but I will not return”
Hotel was quaint and proper Staff were a little unfriendly Rooms were COLD despite it just freezing outside Breakfast was very bare and coffee did not come until after I was finished eating.

“An enjoyable stay for 2 nights. Train station was close but a good walk dragging a bag!”
We had no stairs to climb! We were in a newer one floor section. Stairs in the other section. Built in 1890. Loved the “old” feel of lobby. Location was great with bus stop right out front. Quiet area. The staff was very welcoming. Forgot how many smokers are in Germany! The outside dining area was great with the fountain.

The breakfast was disappointing. I understand covid has affected buffet options but the selection was minimal. The staff were very helpful though and brought me some tomatoes, and cucumber.
