“Fantastic stay”

We arrived pretty early,so our room was not ready,but we were advised to keep our bags in a special room so we enjoy breakfast and have a walk to Faliraki town. As soon as the room was ready( 1 hour before check in) we were welcome to go in which was really nice as check in time sarts from 3pm. The resort is very clean,plenty of sunbeds,all staff is exceptionally welcomming and nice, which made us feel at ease all our stay:) resort is on a hill so was nice breeze at all times not crazy hot,but walking from town it requires a bit of physical effort😅 3 swimming pools with sunbeds: 1 -more for kids with smaller parents( slides,etc.) And plenty sunbeds, second pool with bar and stage for evening is with activities during day with animation team who done an absolute great job in entertaining everyone) third pool with snacking bar aswell as mini pool for babies always had free sunbeds aswell. Water in pools was warm enough for playing in it and longer dip if wanted. Very convenient long time ( 3 hours for each)for breakfast and dinner,so place was not overcrowded, themed ( asian,greek, mexican etc. )dinners everyday. Lunch was 1-2.30 but plenty of snacking options beaide pool so we never felt hungry. AI cocktails were nice during day and stronger options of them were available by request🫣 car hire is available at the hotel. Adults only Marakesh pool and bar is a great option for ones who prefer no kids around. Food options were good and topped up frequently so everybody would find themselves what to eat. All and all it was a great stay, kudos to all staff from room cleaners, reception,animation team, bar ladys, waiting staff. We felt like home and regreted we did not choose our full holiday here.

We were upgraded to a room with a hot tub and large balcony which was nice. The all inclusive was fine if you're not fussy so we didn't struggle with the food. The adults only pool was lovely.

“Great Stay & Staff”

We had the most wonderful week at Venezia Resort — I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough! My partner proposed to me on our second day at Kalithea viewpoint, which made the whole trip truly perfect. Staff The staff were absolutely over the moon when we shared our engagement news — they felt like our adopted Greek aunties and uncles! We had such a laugh with them. They were incredibly hard-working and always made a lovely effort to stop and chat as we passed by. A special thank you to Maria — she had the most amazing energy and always went above and beyond for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you also to Stergos, Pinelopi, and Anastasia for the fantastic recommendations and just for being genuinely lovely people. Tony at the Marrakesh Restaurant was fab — the food and wine he recommended were spot-on. Food We weren’t expecting gourmet, but the food exceeded our expectations and was better than what we've had at previous all-inclusive hotels. We especially loved the snack bar for the gyros. The buffet had a bit of everything (even Sunday roast dinners!), which was great for variety. Drinks The beer and wine on tap (both red and white) were decent, and we became a bit obsessed with the Tequila Sunrise cocktails at the Cosmopolitan and the Strawberry Daiquiris at the Marrakesh Pool. Room We stayed in a swim-up room in the Cosmopolitan pool area. It was clean, comfortable, and ideal for two guests. The bed was super comfy too. Tip: Don’t leave the bathroom window open — we did, and it attracted a lot of mosquitos! Hotel Entertainment Entertainment wasn’t really our thing, but it seemed ideal for families or anyone who enjoys lively, cheesy music. There’s a timetable posted by the Cosmopolitan bar if you want to plan around it. We spent most of our time exploring the island, so only caught a couple of the evening shows. Pools The swim-up pool was always a perfect temperature and spotlessly clean — we loved relaxing there.

Me and my partner both enjoyed our stay as the resort was extremely clean and the staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcomed! The food was lovely and there was a lot of options to choose from, the cocktails were also made amazingly and again plenty of choice! The Marrakesh lounge was our favourite it was beautiful and extremely clean. We would definitely recommend and would enjoy to come back!

“A nice stay in Rhodes”

Friendly staff, nice hotel facilities and pools (especially a small waterpark for kids). Nice location with beautiful views, outside of main towns and beaches (e.g. Faliraki is a 5min by car/20min walk away and especially Rhodes is 20min by car, this is for some an advantage and others a disadvantage), so one needs transport (it is wise to rent a car). Very convenient mini supermarket in the hotel. Overall, despite some negative issues, our stay was very nice and the family enjoyed it.

This was our first visit to an All Inclusive hotel in Greece. Before that, we preferred the Turkish All Inclusive hotels, and when we visit Greece we choose to stay in houses and villass, but this time we came across a very good offer and decided to try it. We were very happy with our choice! This is not a huge luxury hotel, but it is a hotel with potential, which is well maintained and which has everything for a pleasant vacation - clean rooms with comfortable beds, a restaurant with varied and delicious food, two a la carte restaurants to diversify your evening experiences, several pools, including one for adults only, two children's, one of which is an attraction and one with slides, bars by the pools... The staff is friendly and helpful. Our maid made sure that we always had clean towels and sheets, in the restaurants and bars we were greeted with a smile, and at the reception the people were so kind and responsive! This is our first time visiting Rhodes and we were extremely impressed by the beauty of the island! We rented a car and visited many places and beaches. Our favorites are Rhodes Town, Lindos and the Acropolis, Kallithea Springs, the views from Monolithos Castle, Tsambika Beach, Agia Agathi Beach and Agios Pavlos Beach. We had a great holiday!

“Perfect staff for our first family trip abroad”

The property was perfect for our stay. It was the perfect size and never felt crowded. It felt very clean and the pools were great. We had a room with a hot tub which had a big balcony. I came with my 8 month old (BLW) and there was always something for him to eat at meal times and the staff were unbelievably kind and helpful. We also hired a car which I’d recommend but we did walk into Faliraki one time and use the hotel bus transfer.

The hotel had lots to explore, with multiple pools and water slides and multiple bars and areas to get food. The food was delicious with enough options to satisfy and the all inclusive drinks were great. The room was cleaned daily and always to a great standard. The staff were very assistive and never hesitated to help with taxis/ public transport or directions. A beautiful view from the buffet restaurant and within walking distance from the main strip/ beach. Would definitely visit again.
